Reflections on my time at Wonder

Today is my three year anniversary at Wonder.

I won't go into the entire story of how I ~~fell ass-backwards into~~ became the head of engineering but as I'm leaving Wonder soon I thought I would take some time to reflect on many of the lessons I've learned and record them here.

I've been very lucky to have many great mentors, books, blog posts, networks and friends to ask questions and seek advice. I truly stand on the shoulders of giants and want to contribute back some of my own thoughts to pay it forward.

I'll do my best to cite sources when I remember where I heard something but if you notice an idea copied from somewhere else that I didn't cite please let me know!

As for most things you read on the internet, take everything here with a healthy dose of salt.
